CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
  • Contractors / Customers are responsible for checking material prior to installation.
  • All of our products tile, stone, glass, mosaics, etc. are prone to variation in color, shade, tone and size which is a normal         
    feature of the material and should be expected.
  • Upon delivery open and inspect each box of tile. An entire order should be blended to promote a consistent installation.
  • Absolutely no allowances or claims will be accepted after installation.
  • Installation constitutes acceptance of material.
  • Design Tiles by Zumpano, Inc., is not responsible for calculating measurements.                                                                         
     –  It is the responsibility of the Customer/Contractor to order the correct quantity of materials.
  • In the event additional material is needed & shade/caliber is specified by customer/contractor we will attempt to provide         
    the same shade/caliber if possible.
ORDER RETURN POLICY
  • No returns after fourteen (14) days from the date of which order is placed.
  • A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns, this includes orders that have been pulled and staged.
  • No returns on natural stone or Mexican Saltillo.
  • No returns of discontinued, close-out or sale items.
  • No returns on installation products-this includes thinsets, grout, sealers, and related material.
  • All returns must be in salable condition in their original packaging, full, unopened boxes only.
  • All returns paid by cash or check will be refunded by a check which will be mailed to you.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
  • A “Special Order Authorization” form must be completed and signed before material can be ordered.
  • Customer is responsible for associated freight, packing, and/or pallet charges.
  • Minimum 100% deposit required by customers without a Zumpano charge account.
  • Absolutely no returns of special order material.
